Grant Speed, Managing Partner

Grant is the Managing Director of Odgers Connect; responsible for overall growth of the business and client development across industry.

Charlotte Gregson, PhD, Principal 

Following an early career in strategy consulting with both L.E.K. and IMS Health, Charlie has worked in the independent consulting space since 2011. She has vast experience of assessing and deploying independent consultants into organisations across sectors. Having joined Odgers to build the Connect proposition, she now focuses on client relationships in the healthcare, industrial, life sciences and public sectors.

Adam Gates, Principal 

Adam has worked in executive search for the last 14 years focused specifically on placing Director and Partner level candidates in to top global consulting firms, particularly Deloitte and BCG as well as the broader commercial world. He has built a global network of consultants and is a recognised expert in the industry.

Sally Havers, Referencing Consultant

Sally previously worked as a corporate lawyer in the City but has since joined us to lead our independent referencing team to help ensure quality and vetting of our network of consultants.

Charlotte Nicholl, Operations & Marketing

Charlotte leads our marketing and operations activity ensuring all aspects of our communication to both clients and consultants as well as our event program is planned and executed effectively.

Elle Pyall, Project Co-ordinator

Elle works with the team to coordinate and manage the work we do with our clients and to ensure seamless delivery of consulting solutions.
